Pizza with three kinds of meat
A very tasty and hearty pizza topping. One of the most favorite pizza toppings for men. You can add, substitute or remove some ingredients at your discretion.
Constituents (for two round pizzas):
- pizza dough
- Salami or any smoked sausage – 150g .
- smoked bacon – 150 gr.
- ham – 150 gr.
- blue onion – 1 pc.
- mushrooms – 150 gr.
- hard cheese – 200 gr.
- tomato paste or ketchup – 4-5 tbsp.
Cooking:
Pizza dough stretch over a baking tray, making small sides. Spread the tomato paste or ketchup evenly over the dough. Top with the thinly sliced meat toppings.
Next, lay out the onions, sliced in thin half rings and the mushrooms, sliced in thin slices. Sprinkle dried basil or oregano and grated cheese on top of the pizza.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until the dough is browned.
