Beer cookies
Crispy and crunchy cookies that keep fresh for a long time. The recipe belongs to the «pull-apart» series, the cookies are prepared very simply and quickly.
Compost:
- butter or margarine – 250 g .
- beer – 0,5 tbsp.
- flour – 2 tbsp.
- salt – 0,5 tsp.
- sugar
Cooking beer biscuits:
Pour beer into melted butter or margarine, add salt and flour and knead into an elastic dough. Roll out the dough into a layer no thicker than 1 cm and cut out shaped cookies with a mold. Place the cookies on a dry baking tray and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake cookies in a preheated oven heated to 180-200 degrees Celsius until ready.
