Pickles without brine
Delicious, crunchy pickles that are ready in 5 minutes.
	
Composition:
- cucumbers (small) – 1 kg
 - salt – 1 tbsp.
 - dill – 1 bunch
 - garlic – 5-6 cloves
 
Cooking:
	Wash the cucumbers, trim off the tips. Finely chop the dill and garlic.
	Put the cucumbers, dill and garlic in a plastic bag and season with salt.
	
	Tie the bag and shake it to mix the contents well.
	Put the bag in the refrigerator. After 8 hours the cucumbers can be served.
