Salad with beans and croutons

I tried this salad as a guest in Western Ukraine and loved it from the first bite - spicy garlic, crunchy croutons and tender beans. The salad is easy to prepare, but it is not ashamed to put it on the table for guests. Personally, I liked it very much and as soon as I got home, I immediately cooked it. In the original recipe, the salad did not contain eggs, but they seemed appropriate here.

Salad with caramelized pears, gorgonzola and pistachios

Very tasty and light salad, though made of unusual and not combined at first glance products. It is prepared simply, but it is worthy to become a decoration of the festive table. The dressing turns out sweet and spicy and perfectly complements the flavor of the dish. The only remark - I used dried cranberries, but I think that fresh cranberries (or pomegranate grains) will decorate the taste of the salad much more. Thanks to Natasha for the recipe!

Cream cheese salad

This salad has been cooked in our family for a long time. Earlier, in times of shortages, it was an attribute of holidays and feasts, but now we prepare it for every day. It is simple and tasty. This salad can also be used as an appetizer – just spread it on slices of bread and top with ham slices and herbs.
