Cream cheese salad

This salad has been cooked in our family for a long time. Earlier, in times of shortages, it was an attribute of holidays and feasts, but now we prepare it for every day. It is simple and delicious. This salad can be used as an appetizer – just spread it on portioned slices of bread and put ham slices and greens on top.

Constituents:

  • mayonnaise
  • garlic – 3 large cloves

Cooking:

The number of eggs corresponds to the number of cheesecakes. Boil the eggs hard-boiled. Grate the cheeses and eggs on a coarse grater. Peel and mince the garlic with a garlic press or finely chop and add to the cheeses. Add mayonnaise, lightly pepper and mix well.
Serve as a salad or as an appetizer, spread on slices of bread and garnish with ham or herbs.
