Dessert of prunes with nuts
A very simple dessert, but very tasty. It will especially please lovers of prunes and nuts. It is prepared quickly from a minimal set of products, but it deserves to take a place on the festive table. I recommend you to try it!
Constituents:
- seedless prunes – 0,5 kg
- peeled walnuts – about 300 gr .
- sour cream – 400 gr.
- sugar – 5 tbsp.
Cooking:
Rinse the prunes under running water.
Put a nut inside each prune and put them all in a tray.
If the prunes are small and it is impossible to stuff them with nuts, you should simply layer the prunes and nuts.
Mix the sour cream and sugar well and pour it over the prunes and nuts. Put in the refrigerator for a few hours, or better – all night.
Serve in serving plates.
