Baked pumpkin with apples
A simple diet dish: a juicy, colorful and very healthy dessert.
Constituents:
- pumpkin – 250 gr.
- apples – 3 pcs.
- sugar – 3-4 tbsp.
Cooking baked pumpkin with apples:
Cut balls of pumpkin flesh with a special knife.
If you don't have such a knife, simply dice the pumpkin. Peel the apples from the seeds and cut into large pieces.
Put the pumpkin and apples in a heatproof mold and sprinkle with sugar.

Cover the mold with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about an hour. After that, remove the foil and bake until desired softness of pumpkin and apples.
