Cheese soup with mushrooms
Mushroom soup with rich cheese flavor will add variety to your menu. The recipe for this soup was shared with me by my friend Christina.
Constituents:
- fresh mushrooms (champignons) - 300 gr.
- mushroom-flavored processed cheese - 200 gr.
- potatoes - 4 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrots - 1 pc.
Cooking:
Wash the mushrooms and cut them into plates.
Cut the mushrooms.
Pour 3 liters of water over the mushrooms, bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
Fry the shredded carrots and onions in vegetable oil until soft.
Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil until soft.
Peel potatoes and dice into medium sized cubes.
Add potatoes and carrot and onion roast to the mushrooms and cook until the vegetables are ready.
After that add cheese, salt and spices to the soup to taste and after 5 minutes turn the soup off.
Serve mushroom soup sprinkled with herbs.
