Salad with jamon, cherries and feta
Delicious, smart and very festive salad, which will take you 5 minutes to prepare.
Constituents:
- Arugula – 1 bunch
- onion – 0,25 pcs .
- cherry tomatoes – 6-7 pcs.
- feta – 100 gr.
- jamon – 50-70 g.
- olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
Cooking:
Wash the arugula, chop and arrange on a flat plate. Finely chop the onion and arrange on top of the arugula. Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes on top. If using a regular tomato, cut it into large slices. Top with diced feta and slices of jamon. Sprinkle the salad with dried oregano and pour a dressing of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Serve immediately.
