Salad with radish and egg
A simple but quite tasty spring salad.
Constituents:
- Radish – 1 small bundle
- green onions – 1 small bunch
- egg – 3 pieces
- sour cream – 3-4 tbsp.
Cooking:
Boil the eggs hard-boiled (cook for 5-7 minutes after boiling). Wash the onions and radishes. Cut the radishes into rings, chop the onions and eggs.
Mix everything together, dress with sour cream and salt. If desired, add greens.
