Buns with chicken
Simple and quick to make buns. Great as bread for first courses, or simply as a substitute for meat patties.

Constituents:
- prepared puff pastry (without yeast) - 500 gr .
- chicken fillet - 2 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- sour cream - 2 tbsp.
- salt, pepper - to taste
- flour for rolling out the dough
- sunflower oil for greasing the tray
Cooking chicken buns:
Mince the skinless chicken fillet and onion through a meat grinder. Add sour cream, salt and pepper to taste to the resulting minced meat.

Mix everything thoroughly.

Defrost the ready puff pastry and roll out into a 0.5 cm thick layer. Brush the dough sheet with mincemeat.
Fill the dough sheet with mincemeat.

Roll up the dough and cut into 2cm thick pucks.

Grease a baking tray with sunflower oil and place the buns on it.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until cooked through - about 45 minutes.
