Quick pie on sour milk

This is a delicious "simple " pie. If you make it with apples, it tastes like a charlotte, but you can make it with any other berries or fruit.

Cooking a quick pie on sour milk:

With a whisk, beat the eggs with the sugar.

Pour in the sour milk and stir.

Add the sifted flour and baking soda and mix again with a whisk.

Peel the apples from the seeds and finely dice one apple and slice the other apple.

Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 35-45 minutes - until browned. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
