Migdalne ovevo

For cooking:

  • 120 g of almond flour (I ground almonds in a coffee grinder)
  • Sugar - add to taste (from 100 g to 240 g)
  • 30 g of flour
Cooking almond cookies:I ground the almonds into flour, added sugar (I have at least 100 g) and unbeaten egg whites. I mixed everything and put it on a small fire - heated it to body temperature to dissolve the sugar. I took it off the stove, added flour, mixed it, and put it into a mold covered with parchment paper. The parchment was greased with butter beforehand.

Baked for about 20 minutes at 190 degrees.
