Peanut butter cookies

I made these cookies by accident - after making "pecan cones there was leftover filling and the dough ran out. I tried baking a stand-alone cookie from the filling and it turned out also very tasty, literally melting in your mouth and no doubt worthy of your attention.

Insert ingredients:

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • sugar powder - 100 gr.
  • peeled walnuts - 150 gr.
  • vanilla sugar - 1 sachet

Cooking walnut cookies:

Chop the peeled walnuts into fine crumbs.
Separate the whites from the yolks and whisk the yolks with the vanilla sugar.
Whisk the whites with the remaining 100g of powdered sugar to stiff peaks.
Gently mix the whites with the yolks and nuts.

Line a baking tray with baking parchment.
Using a teaspoon, drop the nut mixture onto the baking tray, leaving about 5 cm of space between the cookies.
Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius until browned - 15-20 minutes.
