Caramel Rose Cookies.
I always make these cookies from leftover dumpling dough - it allows me to use dough that didn't have enough ground meat. It's very easy and quick to make, but the flavor doesn't suffer in any way. My homies ask to make these cookies more often, not just when disposing of leftover dough. Perhaps this cookie will be to your liking as well.
Composition:
- dumpling dough
- sugar
- vegetable oil or margarine
Cooking:
Prepare dumpling dough. Roll out the dough thinly, grease the rolled out layer with vegetable oil or softened margarine, sprinkle the whole layer of dough with sugar. Twist the layer into a roll. Cut the roll into 1-1.5 cm wide circles and fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil on both sides until browned. The sugar will melt during frying, forming caramel, and the cookies will turn out sweet and crispy, and the rolled up layers will open up and become remotely similar to a rose flower.
