Sour cream cookies
These cookies are made with simple, affordable products, and the result is a pretty decent cookie. The cookies are a bit «rubbery» right after cooking, but they get crispier the next day.
The cookies are a little bit more crunchy.
Constituents:
- cream butter – 100g .
- sour cream – 200 gr.
- sugar – 0,75 tbsp.
- eggs – 2 pcs.
- flour - 3,5 tbsp.
- vanilla sugar – 1 tbsp.
- leavening agent – 1.5 tsp.
Preparation:
Whisk eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar, add margarine and sour cream and mix well. Mix the flour with the baking powder, add the eggs and sour cream and knead the dough. If necessary, add more flour. Put the dough in a bowl dusted with flour, cover with foil and put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
After the dough has rested, roll it out into a 5-8 mm thick layer. Cut out cookies with molds and put them on a dry baking tray.
Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees and bake until ready.
