Cookie-cake with condensed milk and nuts
"If there's condensed milk in it, it can't be unpalatable!", I decided when my friend Sevilla told me a recipe for cookies that she makes for her family on short notice. The technology is simple - circles are cut out of ordinary biscuits with a mold, then they are smeared with condensed milk cream and sprinkled with biscuit crumbs. Seville glues two such circles together and it turns out to be a bashenka cake, but she just covered the cookies with cream, and added finely chopped nuts to the cookie crumbs - they decorated the taste of the cookies very much. Not a hassle, but very tasty! Men will appreciate it, believe me!
Constituents:
Dough:
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- flour - 1,5 tbsp.
- sugar - 1,5 tbsp.
- leavening agent - 1 tsp.
cream:
- butter - 200 gr.
- boiled condensed milk - 1 can
decoration:
- walnuts - 2-3 handfuls
Preparation of cookies-cake with condensed milk and nuts:
For the biscuit cake, beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy white - at least 5-7 minutes.
Then pour in the sifted flour and baking powder and mix gently from the bottom to the top so that the mixture does not lose its airiness.
Cover the baking tray with baking paper, and spread the dough on it in an even layer about 1 cm thick.
Allow the batter to rise to the top of the baking tray.
Bake the biscuit in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until cooked through - about 30 minutes. If a matchstick comes out of the dough dry, the biscuit is ready.
Turn the biscuit over on the table and remove the paper.
Cool it and use a mold to cut out circles.
Beat the softened butter with a mixer, then add the cooked condensed milk and beat the cream.
If the cream is too liquid, put it for 10-15 minutes in the cold - the butter will start to solidify and the cream will become denser.
Chop the biscuit trimmings.
Lightly toast walnuts on a dry pan, chop and add to the biscuit crumbs.
Dip the cookies in the cream so they are coated on all sides, then sprinkle with the sprinkles and nuts and place on a platter. You can top each cookie cake with a whole walnut half.
Put a walnut on top of each cookie.
Leave the cookies out in the cold for 20-30 minutes to allow the cream to set, then you can serve.
Enjoy!"
