Chocolate chip cookies.
Very tasty, very chocolatey, very tender and beautiful cookies that are very easy to prepare. Such cookies are perfect for a family tea party, for a holiday table, and can also be a great edible gift for New Year's holidays.
Constituents (for 22-26 pieces):
- dark chocolate - 170 gr.
- unsalted butter - 58 g.
- sugar - 95 g.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- vanilla sugar - 5 gr. (0,5 pack)
- flour - 195 gr.
- cocoa - 2 tbsp.
- leavening agent - ¾ tsp.
- salt - ¼ tsp
- powdered sugar
Preparation of "Chocolate Crackles":
In a saucepan, melt the chocolate and butter.
Separately, with a mixer, beat the eggs and sugar until lightened - about 3 minutes.
About 3 minutes.
Then add the vanilla sugar and chocolate and butter mixture and mix with a mixer until smooth.
Sift the flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder into the resulting mixture and mix.
Place the dough in the refrigerator to harden and allow it to form balls. I had the dough in the cold for about 20 minutes, but it may take longer.
From the chilled dough, roll balls about the size of walnuts and coat them well in powdered sugar.
Place the cookies on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated oven heated to 160 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
Cool the finished cookies on a rack.
Store the cookies in a covered container.
Enjoy!"
