Sand cookies with almonds
These delicious shortbread cookies are very tiny, tender and flavorful. It's easy to make, and if you get the kids involved, it's a lot of fun to make.
They're delicious.
Constituents (for 30-40 pieces):
dough:

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients of the dough until smooth.
If the dough doesn't mold well, you can add 1-2 tbsp of cold water. Form the dough into a ball, wrap in clingfilm and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Bake the cookies in a preheated 170-180 degree oven for about 20 minutes. The cookies should not brown much.
