Pies with potatoes and mushrooms
Very tasty patties – the perfect combination of dough and filling. The most effort goes into making the dough, and the rest of the work doesn't take much time and effort.
Composition:
filling
- potatoes – 6-7 large tubers
- onion – 1 piece
- fresh mushrooms – 150 gr.
Cooking:
Prepare leavened puff pastry.
Peel potatoes and boil in salted water until tender.
Peel onions and mushrooms and chop finely. In a skillet in a small amount of vegetable oil fry onions, add mushrooms and fry together until cooked.
Mashed potato the potatoes, add onions and mushrooms and mix well. Season the filling with salt and pepper.
Roll out the dough, cut out circles with a shape with a diameter of about 7 cm. Put the stuffing in the center of the circles and mold the patties.
Add the filling to the dough.
Place the patties on a baking tray with the seams facing down and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius until cooked – about 30 minutes.
