Pies with cottage cheese
Tasty homemade baked goods with cottage cheese.
To prepare the dough you will need:
- - 250 grams of warm milk;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 60 g. butter;
- - 1 tsp. dry yeast;
- - 2 tbsp. sugar;
- - 2 tbsp. sunflower oil;
- - 500 g. flour;
- - salt.
Preparing the stuffing:
- - 0.5 kg. cottage cheese;
- - 1 egg;
- - 1 packet of vanilla;
- - raisins (pre-soaked);
- - sugar.
Cooking cottage cheese patties:
Knead the dough (it should not be steep), put in a warm place for 60 minutes. The dough should increase in volume by 2 times. After that, roll the dough into a «sausage», cut into portioned pieces, each piece roll out in the shape of a small circle. Make small slits on two opposite sides of the circle. Fill the middle with cottage cheese filling. Bring the cut edges together, arcing them into each other (crosswise). Let the product stand for 10 minutes, then brush with beaten egg, put in the oven and bake until ready.
