Chicken pizza with vegetables
I have a pizza recipe that I've been making it with for well over years. It is my favorite "basic" recipe. The dough is very easy and quick to make. Also this dough is good because you can form the pizza both fluffy and thin. I like pizza with very thin dough, so I always roll out thin. The toppings can be the most any, put all those products and ingredients that you like :) I will describe a pizza with chicken and vegetables.
For the dough we will need:
- 1 cup of warm water or milk (I prefer milk);
- 0.5 tbsp. dry yeast;
- 1 tsp. salt;
- 1 tsp. sugar;
- 1 tbsp. sunflower oil;
- 3 cups of flour;
Cooking chicken pizza with vegetables:
Now let's get to the dough. Dissolve yeast, sugar and salt in water. Let stand for about five minutes. Add the butter, stir. Then add the flour and knead the dough. Grease a bowl with a little sunflower oil, roll out the dough and leave it to rise for about 30 minutes.
In the meantime, you can prepare the filling. You can put absolutely anything you like in the stuffing, whatever you have in the house :) In my case, I greased the rolled out dough with mayonnaise and ketchup. It is possible not to grease - at will. And a grid of mayonnaise to draw on top of the filling, under the cheese. Then I put thinly cut onion rings, then chicken boiled meat - "torn" pieces. Then I took a pepper, thinly cut and put it on the chicken. Next, a fresh tomato. I drew a grid with mayonnaise.
And the finishing touch - sprinkled with grated cheese.
Put the pizza in the preheated oven and it cooks for about 25 minutes.
Have a good one!
