Simple cottage cheese cookies
You shouldn't expect anything supernatural from this cookie - it tastes very simple. But its advantage is that it cooks quickly and keeps fresh for a long time.
Constituents:
- soft cottage cheese (0%) - 250 gr.
- sugar - 300 gr.
- olive oil - 9 tbsp.
- milk - 7 tbsp.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- flour - about 600-700 gr.
- leavening agent - 3 tsp.
- vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
Cooking simple cottage cheese cookies:
Mix all the ingredients except flour thoroughly.
Gradually add flour to make a soft elastic dough that can be rolled out.
Roll the dough into a 1-1.5 cm thick layer and cut out shapes.
Place the cookies on a parchment-lined baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 7-10 minutes.
