Charlotte with apples
A simple but delicious pie. Perfect for those times when you don't feel like cooking, but want to have tea with a delicious apple pie.

Composts (for a 24-26 cm mold):
- eggs – 4 pcs .
- flour – 1 tbsp.
- sugar – 1 tbsp.
- apples – 4-5 pcs.
Cooking:
Turn on the oven to 180 degrees.
Peel the apples from the seeds and slice randomly.

Whisk the eggs and sugar well with a mixer (beat for 3-4 minutes at maximum speed).

Add the flour and mix with a spoon until smooth.

Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with sugar.

Place apples in a baking dish pour batter over and bake until set – 35-50 minutes.

Check readiness with a toothpick, it should come out of the dough dry.
Cool the pie slightly and remove from the mold by simply inverting it onto a flat dish.
Allow the pie to cool slightly and remove it from the mold.

Sprinkle the finished pie with powdered sugar if desired.
