Chocolate pumpkin muffin.
Simple, bright and delicious. A great bake for family gatherings.
Constituents:
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- chocolate - 100 gr. (or cocoa - 3 tbsp.) .
- vegetable oil without odor - 0,5 tbsp.
- water - 1/3 tbsp.
- sugar - 3/4 tbsp.
- pumpkin puree - 0.5 tbsp.
- flour - 1+3/4 tbsp.
- leavening agent - 1 sachet (10 gr.)
- salt - a pinch
Preparation of chocolate pumpkin muffin:
Mix eggs with sugar, butter, water, andpumpkin puree.
Separately mix together the flour, salt, and baking powder.
Combine the dry and liquid ingredients, mix thoroughly and divide the dough into two equal parts.
Allow the dry and liquid ingredients to combine.
Add the melted chocolate or cocoa to one part of the batter and mix.
Place 1 tbsp of each batter alternately in an oiled or parchment lined baking dish.
Bake the muffin in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
Check with a toothpick.
Cool slightly and slice the finished cupcake.
