Curd muffins (muffins) with raisins
These muffins are soft, tender and very curd-like.
Constituents:
- curd – 200 gr.
- butter – 150 gr.
- sugar – 200 gr.
- raisins – 4 tbsp.
- flour – 200 gr.
- leavening agent – 1 tsp.
- egg – 3 pcs.
- vanilla sugar – 1.5 tsp.
Preparation:
Soak the raisins. To do this, rinse them with water, pour boiling water over them and leave them to swell for 10-15 minutes.
Mix the eggs with the sugar, add the softened cottage cheese and softened butter.
Drain the raisins, mix with 1 tbsp flour and add to the cottage cheese mixture. Add vanillin and baking powder to sifted flour. Add the cottage cheese mixture to the flour mixture and knead the dough.
Place the dough into molds (if you use metal molds, they should be greased with vegetable oil) and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until cooked (when a toothpick comes out of the dough dry) – about 20-25 minutes.
Bon appetit!"
