Pickled mushrooms
This recipe is a quick way to make pickled mushrooms, literally in 15 minutes. A very successful recipe for marinated mushrooms.
Compost:
- fresh mushrooms – 500 gr.
- 9% vinegar - 50 ml
- water – 150 ml
- garlic - 5 cloves
- bay leaf – 4 pcs.
- peppercorns - 10 pcs.
- salt – 0,5 tbsp.
- ground pepper
Preparing pickled mushrooms:
Wash the mushrooms, if the skins come off, remove them. If the mushrooms are large, cut them into 2-4 pieces. Peel and crush the garlic.
Pour water into a thick-bottomed pot or deep skillet, add all the spices listed, vinegar and crushed garlic. As soon as the marinade boils, drop the mushrooms into it and cook for 5 minutes.
After that, transfer the mushrooms to a jar and, when cool, put them in the refrigerator.
Can be consumed the next day.
When serving, splash with vegetable oil and, if necessary, vinegar, add onions.
