Berries

Charlotte with apples and cranberries

I don't know about you, but for me, charlotte is totally a fall dish. In the summer, the abundance of berries allows us the luxury of making a lot of tarts and pies with fresh berries, but with the arrival of cold weather, the only thing left in the hostess arsenal is fresh apples. I have already baked Charlotte with apples and with pears, and this time I decided to diversify it and add berries, or rather the only still available flavorful berries - cranberries. I was very pleased with the result - a juicy and flavorful pie that is so easy to prepare that you can bake it even every day.

Curd casserole with berries

Whey casseroles are a frequent guest in our house, and to keep them from getting boring, I try to add some variety to the recipes all the time. When fresh berries are in season, I often add them to the casserole - it's almost like a pie. In winter you can successfully use frozen berries, you just need to defrost them beforehand and let the excess liquid drain out. It's a completely hassle-free and delicious dish, try it!

Two-color cottage cheese cake with berries (no baking)

A very tender and very light cottage cheese cake with a light berry flavor. The cake is quite simple to prepare, requires no baking and turns out very tasty. The drawing on the cake can be made like "zebra", or it can be "marble" - who likes it better. This delicate dessert will appeal to both adults and children.

Nut muffins with berries on egg whites

Often after making custard, for example for "Napoleon", or baked goods, there are whites left over. These muffins are a delicious, easy and quick way to utilize unused egg whites. The muffins are flavorful, tender, and melt-in-your-mouth. Muffins are delicious, easy, and quick to make.
