Chocolate cupcakes (muffins) with black currants
Another muffin recipe to add to the piggy bank - they're easy to make and delicious.
Composition:
- egg – 1 piece .
- flour – 2,5 tbsp.
- kefir – 1 tbsp.
- baking soda – 1 tsp.
- dark chocolate – 100 gr.
- sugar – 1 tbsp.
- butter – 100 gr.
- black currants (can be frozen) – 1,5 tbsp.
Preparation of chocolate muffins with black currants
Melt the butter and chocolate.
Add sugar and kefir to it and mix everything together.
Separately, lightly beat the egg with a fork and, stirring, pour into the chocolate mixture. Add the baking soda and flour and mix quickly (you don't want to mix too long, the mixture may be a little lumpy and you may see a little flour that hasn't been mixed in).
Add the baking soda and flour and mix quickly.
Add the currants and mix again quickly. Currants can be substituted with other berries, such as blueberries.
Spread the dough into muffin molds, pre-greased with oil (if the molds are silicone, there is no need to grease them), filling them to 2/3 of their volume.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 30-40 minutes.
Enjoy!"
