Strawberries with whipped cream

This is one of the simplest and most romantic desserts. A delicate cloud of whipped cream and chunks of fragrant strawberries is the perfect ending to a romantic dinner or a nice treat during a family celebration, which will give lightness and pleasure.

Constituents (for 2 servings):

  • whipping cream - 160 ml
  • powdered sugar - 4 tbsp

  • strawberries - 16-20 pieces

Preparation of strawberries with whipped cream:

Clean strawberries from stalks and wash them. Cut large berries into slices.

Mix the cream with the powdered sugar and whisk.

Transfer the whipped cream to a pastry bag.
Place the strawberries and whipped cream, alternating, in layers in the cremains and serve immediately.
