Blackcurrant and blueberry sorbet
It's delicious! A worthy dessert for guests and a refreshing dish for hot summer days. You can make it with any berries, you can add champagne (more festive version), you can serve it with ice cream. In general, the flight of fancy is unlimited. I advise you to try it.
Constituents:
- blackcurrants (frozen) – 200 g .
- blackberries (frozen) – 200 gr.
- berry juice – 0,5-1 tbsp.
- sugar – 5-6 tbsp.
Cooking:
Crush frozen berries with sugar in a blender, add berry juice (I use berry juice, but you can try any other juice or morsels) and again twist in a blender. Juice should be poured so much that the berry puree was moist, but the liquid was not very much - to the state of thick semolina. Instead of juice you can add champagne, then you will get a more festive version.
Pour the berry mixture into a tray and put it in the freezer. After 6-7 hours, when the mixture is frozen, you can serve. To do this, carefully pick up a few balls of sorbet with a spoon and put them in the tray.
When serving, you can decorate each portion with frozen berries.
Enjoy!
