- lemon
- honey

Cooking ginger tea:
Wash the ginger root, peel and grate it finely. About 1 teaspoon of grated root pour a glass of boiling water and let stand 3-5 minutes. Before serving, strain the tea, add honey, a slice of lemon, if desired sugar.
