Coffee with whipped cream (Viennese coffee)
Simple, delicious and spectacular.
Composition (for 1 serving):
- black ground coffee - 1 tsp .
- sugar - 2 tsp.
- whipping cream - 40 ml
- dark chocolate - 0.5 tsp.
Preparation of coffee with whipped cream (Viennese coffee):
Brew black coffee. To do this, pour 1 tsp. of natural black ground coffee into a coffee pot, pour 0.5 tbsp. of water, bring to the boil and boil for 1 minute.
Meanwhile, add 1 tsp of sugar to the cream and whisk.
Strain the coffee, add 1 tsp of sugar, and pour into a glass.
Spoon whipped cream on top or use a pastry bag and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Serve immediately.
