Baileys (Baileys) at home
I suggest a simple way to make liqueur, for those who like Baileys. I have made it many times, it always works. And I like it better than homemade. Because in homemade Baileys you can adjust the strength.
Ingredients:
- vodka - 0.3 liters
- 1 can condensed milk
- 4 raw eggs (those who don't like raw eggs, you can do without them)
- 1 tbsp. of instant coffee, which is diluted in 50 ml of boiling water
Preparing homemade Baileys:
Whisk the eggs, add condensed milk to them. Add vodka, whisk well (I did all mixing with a mixer). Dissolve coffee in boiling water, wait until it cools to room temperature, mix with the previously prepared mixture.
Pour into a tightly closed container, put in the refrigerator.
About 10 hours later, start consuming.
It tastes the same as the original (whiskey) Baileys.
