Chicken noodle soup
A delicious, light noodle soup. It's very easy and quick to prepare.
Constituents:
- chicken breast – 2 pcs.
- onion - one piece .
- carrots – 1 pc.
- potatoes – 4 large tubers
- noodles – 50 gr.
Cooking chicken soup with noodles:
Chicken breasts washed, cut into portioned pieces, pour 3 liters of water and boil. As soon as the broth boils, remove the scum that has collected on the surface. Then put into the pot finely chopped onion and grated or diced carrots. After that add chopped potatoes. Salt, pepper and put 2 bay leaves in the soup.
When the potatoes are ready, put the noodles in the soup and cook for 7-10 minutes.
