Light vegetable soup
Light, flavorful, dietary and delicious vegetable soup, which can be prepared in summer from fresh vegetables or in winter - from frozen. To make the soup more hearty, you can boil it with chicken broth or add pieces of boiled meat to the finished soup. The soup is quick and easy to prepare.
Constituents:
- potatoes - 2-3 pieces .
- broccoli sprouts - a small head
- leek (can be replaced with onion) - 7 cm
- green peas - a handful
- bell pepper - 1 pcs.
- carrots - 1 piece .
Cooking easy vegetable soup:
Clean the vegetables. Dice the potatoes, peppers and carrots, cut the leeks into thin circles and the broccoli into small florets.
Put the potatoes, carrots, peppers and leeks into boiling water. When the potatoes are ready, add peas and broccoli and cook until the vegetables are ready - about 10 minutes.
You can sprinkle the finished soup with chopped herbs when serving.
If you add sour cream to the soup when serving, it will become more hearty.
