Vegetable soup with green beans and cauliflower
An easy vegetable soup. You can use fresh or frozen vegetables for this soup. The composition can be changed depending on the availability of products and taste preferences.
Constituents:
- potatoes – 3 pcs.
- carrots – 1 pcs.
- onion – 1 pcs.
- green peas – 0,5 tbsp.
- fresh corn – 0,5 tbsp.
- green beans – 1 tbsp.
- cauliflower – 10-13 florets
Cooking:
Peel and chop the potatoes, onions and carrots. Drop them into the boiling water. After 5 minutes, add the green peas and corn to the broth. When the potatoes are almost ready, put string beans and cauliflower florets into the broth. Cook until the vegetables are ready.
When the soup is ready, salt it, add pepper, bay leaf, dried basil and oregano. When serving, sprinkle with fresh herbs.
