Chicken soup with green peas

A very light summer soup, which can be a good alternative to broth and diversify the menu for every day. If you wish, you can grind the green peas in a blender, which will give the soup a light green color.

Cooking chicken soup with green peas:

Wash the meat, pour about 3 liters of water and put to boil. As soon as the broth boils, remove the foam and put on low heat so that the resulting broth does not cloud. Add potatoes cut into medium pieces, finely chopped onions, grated carrots. Cook until half-cooked. About 25 minutes after boiling add green peas, salt, pepper, add bay leaf and spices to taste and cook until ready. Before serving sprinkle with herbs.
