Crab stick salad with Peking cabbage
This salad has long been popular in our kitchens. The crab sticks and eggs give it satiety, while the Peking cabbage adds freshness. It's easy: 20 minutes and it's ready.
Constituents:
- crab sticks - 1 pack (320 gr.)
- eggs - 5 pcs.
- corn - 1 can (340 g.)
- Peking cabbage - half of a small fork
- Yalta onion - 1 small head
- mayonnaise
Preparation of crab sticks salad with Peking cabbage:
Boil eggs and peel them.
Dice the crab sticks and eggs into small cubes.
Finely chop the cabbage and onion and add it to the crab sticks.
Pour in the corn, dress with mayonnaise, salt and pepper if necessary, and mix.
