Seaweed, corn and egg salad
A simple but delicious salad. Corn and eggs perfectly mask the taste of seaweed, so even those who don't like this healthy and iodine-rich product can eat this salad.
Constituents:
- seaweed - 300 gr.
- canned corn - 1 can
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- onion - 0,5 pcs.
- mayonnaise
Preparation of salad with seaweed, corn and eggs:
Boil the eggs, peel and dice them.
In a bowl mix the seaweed, eggs and corn, dress the salad with mayonnaise and, if necessary, add salt and black pepper.
