Tomato, avocado and feta salad
A simple, uncomplicated but tasty and healthy salad. You can add herbs if you like - lettuce, arugula, etc. It takes 5 minutes to prepare and makes a great accompaniment to a piece of meat or fish.
Constituents:
- avocado - 1 piece .
- cherry tomatoes - 6 pcs.
- feta - 100 gr.
- balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp.
- olive oil - 2 tbsp.
- salt, pepper - to taste
Preparation of tomato, avocado and feta salad:
Peel the avocado from the pit and peel and slice into plates. Slice the tomatoes into halves. Dice the feta.
Mix the balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and olive oil, dress the salad and mix gently.
