Salad with fresh beets and carrots
A fresh, light, and vitamin-packed salad. It uses fresh, not boiled, beets, which makes it very healthy. The flavor of the salad will largely depend on the taste of the vegetables, so you should choose juicy and sweet vegetables.
Constituents:
- beets – 1 pc .
- carrots – 2 pcs.
- onion – 1 pcs.
- vegetable oil
Cooking:
Peel fresh vegetables, grate beets and carrots on a coarse grater, finely chop onion. Mix vegetables, dress with vegetable oil, preferably olive oil, salt and pepper.
The vegetables are mixed, season with vegetable oil, salt and pepper.
