Moorshnik cake
It is very tasty! Very simple! And everyone praises the author of the "masterpiece". And if you are not a great cook, you will be even more pleased to hear such praise. Therefore, I advise everyone to cook and treat their friends and relatives. We have an "Anthill" cake - it's already a story. "So, let's go to Myrosia's for an "Anthill" cake?" - this phrase is a standard one for my friends on every holiday. It was nice. The photo is not perfect, sorry. Not a very great culinary specialist turned into a photographer. (Just kidding) But believe me: the cake is super!
Ingredients:
- 2 packs of crackers (brown and white) – if entertaining, then 250 grams each
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 pack of butter (200 grams)
- 200 grams of poppy seeds, grated with sugar . Preparation of the "Anthill" cake:Crush the cracker into small pieces, but not too much so as not to make a mess. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix it all with your hands (preferably clean) Then into a cake pan, where you previously put cling film. You can also put it in a regular saucepan. Put the mass into the desired shape, then refrigerate overnight. In the morning, take it out, put it on a plate and decorate. I most often pour chocolate on top. If I don't have time, I leave it as it is. Bon appetit!
