Peanut butter cookies
Aromatic and slightly brittle peanut cookies with flecks of coarsely chopped nuts. The cookies are very easy to make, the main time is spent preparing the peanuts and the rest is a matter of 5 minutes. It is very tasty to serve these cookies with milk or cocoa. The beauty of the cookies is that they keep fresh for a long time.
Constituents:
- peanuts - 440g .
- flour - 210 gr.
- sugar - 180 gr.
- cream butter - 200 gr.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- vanilla sugar - 2 tsp.
- salt - a pinch
Cooking peanut butter cookies:
You can use raw, unpeeled peanuts to prepare the cookies. It needs to be lightly roasted on a dry pan.
Peanut Cookies
Peel the peanuts from the skins - roasted peanuts peel off easily.
Drain 1 cup of peanuts and coarsely chop them, and grind the remaining peanuts in a blender until flour.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead the dough. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Form small rolls from the chilled dough and place them 3 cm apart on the baking tray.
Place them on the baking tray.
Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius until cooked through, 15-20 minutes.
