Shaped shortbread cookies
Soft, sweet and crumbly cookies that are quick and easy to make.
Compost:
- flour – 2 tbsp.
- butter – 100 gr.
- eggs – 4 pcs.
- powdered sugar – 1 tbsp.
- vanilla sugar – 1.5 tsp.
Cooking:
Cream the butter, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl with a wooden spatula until smooth – about 5 minutes. Then, while continuing to mix, gradually add the eggs, followed by the sifted flour.
Place the dough in a pastry bag and pipe shaped cookies onto a baking tray using the serrated nozzle.
Bake the cookies in the oven at 210-220 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
