Crispy waffle tubes
The waffles are very sweet and crispy. They can be filled with any kind of filling, or you can eat them plain with tea. Waffle tubes are quick and easy to make, but you will need a waffle maker to bake them.
Constituents:
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- flour - 1 tbsp.
- sugar - 3/4 tbsp.
- cream butter - 200 gr.
- milk - 1/4 tbsp.
Cooking:
Melt the butter and cool it down. Using a whisk, mix the eggs, sugar, flour and butter until smooth. Add the milk and mix well again.

Grease the waffle iron with a little oil before the first baking. Spoon 1 teaspoon of batter into the waffle iron.
Pour 1 teaspoon of batter into the waffle iron.
Bake waffles until browned.
When waffles are hot, roll into a tube.
You can fill the tubes with condensed milk cream, custard or buttercream, or you can use them empty.
