Chocolate drop cupcake
A delicious and quick to make cupcake. Chocolate lovers will especially love this muffin - there are chocolate drippings hidden inside. With a cup of cold milk for breakfast, you'll be energized all day long.

- butter - 100 gr.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- sugar - 1 tbsp.
- flour - 2 tbsp.
- leavening agent - 2 tsp.
- baking soda - 0,5 tsp.
- salt - a pinch
- sour cream - 200 gr.
- chocolate drops (or chopped chocolate) - 3/4 tbsp .
Preparation of chocolate drop cupcake:
In the bowl of a blender, put all the products except the chocolate drops and mix thoroughly.
Place the batter in a bowl, add the chocolate (you can use coarsely chopped chocolate instead of chocolate drippings) and mix again.
Place the dough in a mold lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius until set, 50-60 minutes.
Check for doneness with a toothpick - it should come out of the batter dry.
Cool slightly and slice the muffin.
