Baskets with cottage cheese and blueberries

Delicate dough and extremely tasty cottage cheese filling. And the bright color of blueberries will put you in a good mood.

Constituents:

dough

  • sugar – 75g
  • .
  • cottage cheese – 50 gr.
  • milk – 6 tbsp.
  • vegetable oil – 6 tbsp.
  • leavening agent – 1 sachet (18g)
  • egg – 1 egg
  • flour – approximately 250g
  • .

stuffing 

  • cottage cheese – 200 gr.
  • sugar – 3 tbsp.
  • sour cream – 100 gr.
  • egg – 2 pcs.
  • blueberries (can be frozen) – 350-400 gr.

Cooking:

Make an elastic dough. For this, mix sugar, milk, egg, cottage cheese, butter and leavening agent well. After that add the flour. The flour should be so much that the dough is elastic and does not stick to your hands.
For the filling take blueberries (if frozen, it should be defrosted and the water drained). Mix cottage cheese, eggs, sugar and sour cream. After that add blueberries and mix gently.
Cut off a small piece of dough, roll it out and place it in a muffin mold, trim excess from the edges if necessary. If you use metal molds for muffins, they should be pre-lubricated with vegetable oil.
After that fill the resulting dough baskets with cottage cheese filling.
Bake them in an oven heated to 175 degrees Celsius for about 20-30 minutes.
