Lazy apple pie
A very simple pie. It's quick to make because you don't knead the pastry, you just layer dry ingredients and grated apples. It's delicious, juicy and unusual.
Compound (for a 26 cm diameter mold):
- apples - 5-7 pcs.
- flour - 1 tbsp.
- semolina - 1 tbsp.
- sugar - 1 tbsp.
- butter - 100 gr.
- cinnamon - 1-3 tsp.
- leavening agent - 1 tsp.
Cooking:
Peel the apples (it is better to use apples with a slight sourness), grate and mix with cinnamon.
Cinnamon.
Mix together flour, semolina, sugar and baking powder.
Grease a baking mold with butter. Pour 1 cup of the dry mixture into the mold and place half of the apples on top in an even layer.
Pour 1 cup of dry mix on top, spread out the remaining apples and again pour a cup of mix.
Place thinly sliced pieces of butter on top of the dry mixture.
Bake the pie in a preheated 180 degree oven until browned - about 40 minutes.
Cool the pie slightly before slicing.
Bon appetite!
