Manna in a slow cooker
Mannik turns out very tender, coarsely spongy, with perceptible loose grains, but no semolina flavor at all. This uncomplicated and uncomplicated cake is perfect for a family tea party. Mannik is prepared without flour and butter, which reduces its calorie content. The recipe was suggested to me by my friend Nastya, for which I thank her very much!
Insert ingredients:
- manna groats - 200 gr.
- sugar - 200 gr.
- kefir (yogurt) - 250 ml
- egg - 2 pcs.
- leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- raisins, cocoa, zest - as desired
Cooking mannikin in a multivark:
Pour the semolina with kefir (or yogurt), mix and set aside for 1 hour to swell.
Pour the semolina into the multicooker.
Then, using a whisk, beat the eggs with the sugar and mix everything with the semolina.
Add the leavening agent and other toppings to taste (raisins, cocoa, zest, etc.) and mix everything well.
Grease a multicooker pan with butter, pour the batter into it and cook in "bake" mode for 60 minutes.
After cooking is complete, open the multicooker, cool the mannikin slightly and remove using a steamer mold.
Good appetite!"
